Beyond the Box: The Redesign Story of Fluxion’s Gateway
For the SynerNet Gateway project for Fluxion, we embarked on a challenge to not just meet but surpass our client’s specifications for a more intuitive and visually appealing device. The original product was a simple, unmarked box, limiting user interaction and functionality due to its nondescript nature and outdated socket configuration. Our mission was to introduce a transformative design update that would make the device not only more user-friendly but also more informative at first glance. Project Overview Dimensions: The revamped gateway boasts dimensions of 210x240mm, offering a compact yet versatile structure. Floma Designs Approach Front Plate Enhancements: Connectivity and Interface: The front plate now hosts a variety of essential ports including HDMI, USB, LAN, and WIFI, facilitating a broad spectrum of connections.
